We grew up in one.

MAJOVA was born at the Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel in Lech am Arlberg — a place built on the belief that great hospitality is equal parts craft, character, and operational excellence.

The three of us grew up here. We learned what it means to run a house with soul — and we watched the industry change around it. That's why we built MAJOVA: to take everything we know from the inside and help other independent hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses navigate what's coming.

No big agency overhead. No vendor bias. No generic frameworks that don't fit the reality of a family-run operation. Just three people who genuinely love this industry.
